Terms and Conditions

Candle Witch Return Policy is effective for 30 days from date of purchase.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Candles purchased online may be returned to the shop via the shipping expense of the customer and a refund will be issued upon the delivery of the return to us.  

If you enter your shipping information incorrectly, and the package is returned to us, you are eligible for a refund on the products in the order or you can correct the shipping address and pay the additional shipping to have the order mailed to you again.   We are not responsible for additional shipping costs due to shipping information being entered incorrectly by customer.  

To complete your return we require receipt or proof of purchase.
